We certainly want you to be our guest at this year’s event at Harmon Field in Tryon, North Carolina. Please let us know if you are coming and need credentials. Admission and great food are complimentary, of course.

We hit at least a big part of our goal in “Going Green” last year. We had 80% reduction in waste as far as the Festival and its guests were concerned. This year we’re going to concentrate harder in getting the cook teams in Hog Heaven more involved with the effort. Their waste is heavy and would be an especially big environmental boost if we could get their food waste into the compost heap instead of in the landfill! We’ll keep you posted!
